Michele is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who works with adults from a strengths-based, collaborative, client-centered perspective. She has experience working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression and those having difficulty regulating emotions. She also has experience with those experiencing serious and persistent mental illness that has caused life interruptions such as psychosis, personality disorders, severe mood and anxiety disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), dual diagnoses such as substance use/mental illness and developmental disability/mental illness.

She uses an integrative treatment approach incorporating a variety of methods including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others.

Her undergraduate degree in theology helps her to incorporate spirituality and assist those interested in a faith-based approach.
